Does Atlas build its buildings on site or are they delivered already completed?
We are certified by the State of Florida to build our buildings at our shop under strict controls. We deliver your building complete and ready to set-up and tie down. If necessary, Atlas will build your building on site.

I don’t know if the building I want will fit if it is delivered already built.
Atlas will be happy to inspect your lot free of charge.

How soon can I get a building?
If Atlas has one on the lot, we can deliver it within a couple of days. If we need to build it, or build it on site, it will take from one to three weeks depending upon the season.

Will I need to do any site preparation before you deliver or build my building?
If your land is fairly flat, no preparation is needed. We will use concrete blocks to level your building. If it is sloping, an additional charge for extra block may apply.

What colors are available?
Atlas has several colors and trim combinations to choose from. We will be happy to show you our samples.

What size doors are available?
Atlas has several various size garage doors, roll-up doors, and walk-through doors. Let us know what you want to store in your building and we will be happy to make a recommendation.

Do you charge for delivery?
Delivery and set-up are included with the purchase of an Atlas building. A small charge may be added outside of Bay County.

Is the floor strong enough to hold my riding lawn mower, four-wheeler, motorcycle, etc.? Yes, Atlas’ standard floor is more than adequate for most of your storage needs. if you plan to store a vehicle in your building, placing the floor joists on 12” centers instead of the standard 16” centers may be a better option.

Is the flooring material treated? All Atlas buildings are built with treated skids and floor joists and ¾” tongue and groove plywood. Treated plywood is offered as an option.
